The website

It describes Operator Shield software. A button or a form does not create a contract. Price, timing, and what is included are agreed in writing. This website does not take card numbers.

Use

Do not send information you have no right to send. Do not use the form to ask for a media buy, a lead list, or network monitoring. The company name does not make this website an advertising agency.

Plans

Post is $46 per month. Its first invoice is sent on day 9 unless you cancel in writing before that day. Cover is $116 per month on the dates in its written note. Bench is quoted. The software does not clear a hold for you.

Ownership

The text and design of this website belong to Inception Marketing, Inc. Software delivered under a plan follows that writing, not this page alone.

Responsibility

The pages are general information. We do not promise a business result, an uptime figure, or a saving. The holds drawn on the home page are an illustration, not a customer’s data.

Law

California law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Contra Costa County, California, except where a mandatory rule says otherwise.
